Is this hand-painted art or a canvas print?
The sale is for hand-painted oil on canvas. The detail photographs show the paint and canvas texture. Brushwork and color can vary slightly between copies of the same design.
Does the listed size include the blank canvas border?
No. The size is the painted image. There is about 1.5–2 in (3.8–5.1 cm) of extra blank canvas on each of the four sides for stretching or framing.
Is the canvas stretched over a wooden frame?
No. It is flexible canvas, not mounted on wooden stretcher bars. It arrives rolled in a protective cardboard tube and needs stretching or framing before you hang it.
Are the frames shown in room photos included?
No. Room and frame photos show how a painting could look on a wall. Your order contains the painted canvas only; frames, stretcher bars and hanging hardware are not included.
Are the paintings ready to hang?
No. They arrive rolled, without a frame or stretcher bars. A local framer can help you stretch or frame them.
Will my hand-painted canvas look exactly like the photos?
The photos show the design you are choosing. Each copy is painted by hand, so brushstrokes, texture and color can vary slightly. Your screen settings can also affect the colors you see.
Prices and choosing your paintings
Is $9.99 the price for three paintings?
No. Prices are per painting: the smallest size costs $9.99 per painting. Add at least three paintings; your total is the sum of the prices of the ones you choose.
Can I order just one painting?
The minimum is three paintings per order. Prices are per painting, and you can choose any mix of sizes and designs.
Can I mix sizes and designs?
Yes. Choose at least three paintings in any mix of sizes and designs. You can add as many paintings as you like, including more than one of the same design.
What currency are prices charged in?
Prices are charged in U.S. dollars. If your payment method uses another currency, PayPal or your bank may convert the amount and charge its own conversion fee. That fee is separate from our painting, shipping and import-duty prices.
Shipping and tracking
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 hours of payment from Haicang, Xiamen, China. Estimated worldwide delivery is 7–12 days from payment. Every order includes tracking. Shipping, taxes and import duties are included; there are no additional delivery charges.
Is delivery guaranteed within 7–12 days?
No. Seven to twelve days from payment is the estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier or customs delays can affect it. We dispatch within 24 hours of payment and provide tracking for every order.
Will I pay import duties or delivery fees?
No. Worldwide shipping, taxes and destination import duties are included in the displayed prices. Your bank or payment provider may still charge its own currency-conversion fee.
What if a carrier asks me to pay import charges?
Shipping, taxes and import duties are included in our prices. If a carrier asks you to pay an additional import or delivery charge, contact info@ongoodygift.com before paying it.
How can I track my paintings?
Tracking is provided for every order. If you need help locating a delivery, email info@ongoodygift.com with your order number.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
Email info@ongoodygift.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve a missing delivery.
Refunds and delivery problems
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes. Request a 100% refund within 60 days after delivery, for any reason. You do not need to send the painting back. See Returns & refunds.
Can I get a refund for only one painting in my order?
Yes. You can request a refund for one, several or all paintings within 60 days after delivery. No return shipment is required. Read the refund policy.
How do I request a refund, and when is it sent?
Email info@ongoodygift.com within 60 days after delivery. Include your order number and which paintings you want refunded. We initiate the full refund to your original payment method within five business days of the request; your bank or PayPal may take longer to post it.
What if a painting is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number. We can arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost. Photos can help us investigate a delivery problem, but are not required for your 60-day refund.
