Contact us within 60 days after delivery for a 100% refund. No explanation is needed. You do not need to send the paintings back. There are no refund or restocking fees.
How to get your refund
Email info@ongoodygift.com with your order number and the painting or paintings you would like refunded. You can request a refund for one, several or all paintings in your order.
Your money back
We initiate a refund of the full purchase price of those paintings and applicable tax to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request. PayPal or your bank may take extra time to post the funds.
If an order is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
