About these terms
These terms cover the use of ongoodygift.com and purchases from OnGoodyGift, a studio-inventory clearance store operating from Haicang, Xiamen, China. Read them together with our サイズ・配送, 返金について, and プライバシーポリシー pages.

Who can order
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to place an order. You must be authorized to use the payment method and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Please check your address and selected sizes before submitting an order.
What you are buying
Our products are hand-painted oil on canvas, sold unframed and unstretched. The canvas is shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube. Frames, mats, stretcher bars, hanging hardware, and furniture shown in display photographs are not included.
Each listing identifies the design, size, and orientation. White canvas margins shown in the full-canvas photographs are retained. Hand-painted copies of the same design can differ slightly in brushwork, texture, and color. Multiple hand-painted copies of a design may be available.
Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Styled room and frame photographs illustrate display possibilities. You may use our return policy if the painting is not right for your home.
Minimum order and mixed sizes
The minimum purchase is three paintings per order. You may mix sizes, subjects, and styles, choose repeated designs, and buy more than three.
The painted image sizes are 8 × 10 in (20.32 × 25.4 cm), 12 × 16 in (30.48 × 40.64 cm), and 16 × 20 in (40.64 × 50.8 cm); extra blank canvas for framing is added on all four sides. Landscape paintings reverse the width and height. Check the dimensions on each product page. The order total is the sum of the selected paintings at their displayed prices.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown per painting. The displayed prices include worldwide shipping, taxes and destination import duties. You will not be asked to pay an additional shipping, customs or import-tax charge for delivery.
If you pay through PayPal, PayPal processes the payment under its own terms. Your bank or PayPal may apply its own currency-conversion or payment fees if your funding currency differs from U.S. dollars. We do not control those provider charges.
Price changes apply to future orders. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may decline the correction and receive a refund of the affected amount.
Order confirmation and availability
A saved cart or order-review screen does not reserve stock or confirm a purchase. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and we send an order confirmation identifying the paintings and total.
Inventory can sell out during the clearance. If an ordered painting is unavailable, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item unless you choose an alternative. We will not substitute a design or size without your agreement. Please keep your confirmation for order questions and returns.
Changing or canceling an order
Contact info@ongoodygift.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change an address, change a selection, or cancel. Before dispatch, we can cancel an order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it may be too late to change or stop the delivery. You can still request a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee.
Shipping and delivery
We dispatch orders from Haicang, Xiamen, China, within 24 hours of payment. Estimated worldwide delivery is 7–12 days from payment. Tracking is provided for every order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier or customs delays may affect arrival.
We will contact you if we become aware of a material dispatch delay and explain the available next steps, including cancellation of an unshipped order. If a shipment is missing, marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
A customer reporting a damaged or incorrect painting will not be asked to pay to correct our error. Photographs, if available, can help us investigate the problem; they are not a condition of the 60-day money-back guarantee.

Request a 100% refund within 60 days after delivery, for any reason. No return required. No explanation or photographs are needed, and there are no refund or restocking fees.
Email us with your order number and tell us which painting or paintings you would like refunded. You may request a refund for one, several or all paintings in your order. You do not need to send any paintings back.
We initiate a refund of the full purchase price of those paintings and applicable tax to your original payment method within five business days of your request. PayPal or your bank may take extra time to post the funds. See our refund policy.
Framing and handling
Paintings arrive rolled and require framing or stretching before hanging. Unroll and handle the canvas carefully. Framing and stretching services are not included in the purchase price.
Website content and acceptable use
Buying a physical canvas does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights. Website photographs, logos, text, and artwork remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may use the site and save information for personal shopping; commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Do not use the site for fraud, upload malicious content, attempt to access another person’s information, or interfere with its operation. Report a suspected error or security issue through our contact page.
Your rights and resolving a problem
Please contact info@ongoodygift.com with your order number so we can help. You do not need to give a reason when requesting a refund under our 60-day guarantee. This does not prevent you from using any payment-provider dispute process or other remedy available under applicable law. PayPal’s own eligibility rules and time limits apply to its services.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law. Product-specific promises and the return policy continue to apply to an accepted order.
Updates and contact
The date at the top identifies this version. Updated terms apply to future use and orders and do not retroactively reduce the return rights or price agreed for an accepted order.
